This set was a "replacement" for the Canadian Mounty (3827) after the Disney Corporation came forward to claim license fees from Playmobil. The production of 3827 was actually a copyright infringement since the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) signed the handling of the Mounty Copyright to Disney.
